If you are look­ing for an installer for a solar or bat­tery sys­tem, the Clean Ener­gy Coun­cil web­site is the rec­om­mend­ed way to find a CEC accred­it­ed solar or bat­tery installer. Click HERE to go direct­ly to the page. 

A num­ber of local installers will be engaged by Future Grid to under­take spe­cif­ic works and site assess­ments to enable suc­cess­ful Vir­tu­al Pow­er Plant par­tic­i­pants to be enrolled in the Solar Con­nect tri­al. Addi­tion­al installers will be engaged as the project progresses.

Installer train­ing

Ener­gy soft­ware com­pa­ny, SwitchDin have been select­ed as the VPP plat­form provider for the Solar Con­nect tri­als. All Future Grid installers will be required to obtain SwitchDin accred­i­ta­tion, which is free of charge and and takes around 1 hour to complete. 

The free SwitchDin train­ing is avail­able online.
